If you watch the newspapers or have access to daily lists, use these letters to generate a few more fast sales this year. You could also become a hero of sorts – and receive referrals as a result.

The COVID letters aren’t for use with the other new real estate prospecting letters, because they discuss things like getting the house ready (which tenants wouldn’t do) and waiting to sell (which those who have received the notice can’t do).
